Visa Application Timing
- To enter Turkmenistan, all leisure travelers need a tourist visa 🎟️.
- 🖋️ Visas are issued based on an approved Letter of Invitation (LOI).
- Saada Travel, a licensed travel agency, will handle this for you.
- ⏳ Approval takes 7–12 business days.
- 📅 Note: The Migration Service only accepts visa applications within 6 months of your arrival. If you're planning further ahead, we’ll submit your application when the time is right.

Visa Approval
Once approved, we’ll send your Letter of Invitation (LOI) 📩. With this letter, you can:
- ✈️ Get your visa on arrival at the airport or land border, or
- 🏢 Obtain it in advance from a Turkmen embassy near you.

Payment Policy
💵 No pre-payment required. All payments can be made during your tour for flexibility and peace of mind 🤝.
💲 Currency
- Bring cash in USD 💵.
- ❌ Euros, credit cards, and travelers’ cheques are not accepted.
- ✅ Visa fees, migration taxes, and vehicle charges must be paid in USD cash only.
📄 Passport Copies
- Have paper copies of your passport and Letter of Invitation ready.
- 🛂 Your original passport will be used for registration (usually the first working day after your first accommodation stay 🏨).
🛂 Airport & Border Arrivals
- ✅ Our guide will greet you at the airport or land border with a sign bearing your name.
- 🚖 Airport transfers are included in all packages.
- ⏰ Please inform us in advance of any flight delays or changes.
