Choosing the Tour

• Select an itinerary that matches your interests and fitness level. If in doubt, consult us or your doctor. We may decline a booking or activity if we believe it poses health or safety risks.
• Follow all local laws, respect cultural norms, and adhere to your guide’s instructions. Any damages or issues caused by misconduct are your responsibility.
• Inform us of dietary or other needs at booking. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee all requests.
• Missing any portion of the trip (late arrival, early departure, or missed flights) will incur standard cancellation charges, and no partial refund will be given.

Documents & Health

• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel dates. Visas are your responsibility, though Saada Travel can provide guidance. Denied entry is at your own risk.
• Ensure you are in good health and have all recommended vaccinations. If illness prevents you from completing the tour, Saada Travel is not responsible for related costs.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. If you choose not to purchase insurance, you accept full responsibility for any related costs.

Flights & Itinerary

• International flights are not included in tour prices. You must book your own flights to/from Turkmenistan. Please share your flight details with us in advance so we can arrange airport transfers.
• Late arrivals or early departures may result in additional costs (extra accommodation nights, private transfers, etc.).
• We are not liable for flight delays, cancellations, or other disruptions beyond our control. Extra costs from such delays (e.g., accommodations, re-booking tickets) are your responsibility.

Terms for Personal Vehicles

• Saada Travel is not liable for loss, damage, or mechanical issues with personal vehicles.
• We may help coordinate roadside or repair services if requested.
• All related expenses are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
